Application & Enrollment

Open Enrollment is the time frame that new students can apply for enrollment for the following academic year. Open Enrollment dates will be listed on the website each year. Open Enrollment is not a first-come, first-served timeframe. Only applications submitted by NV residents will be eligible for the lottery. If the number of applications received exceed the capacity of the school or a grade level, then we will conduct a lottery. If all applications can be accepted, then we will not conduct a lottery and all applicants would receive acceptance.

Applications must be completed during Open Enrollment to be included in our lottery. Applications are available online on the school website and at each campus location. Applications submitted after the lottery are accepted based on capacity or waitlisted if necessary.

 After Open Enrollment, applications will be accepted for enrollment in the order of submission if space allows (first-come, first-served). If the grade level is at capacity, the applications will be added to the waitlist (after waitlisted applicants from the lottery) in order of submission.

• Proof of Birth
• Immunization Records 
• Proof of Residency: such as a recent utility bill, rent receipt, residential lease or sales contract. Unacceptable documents: driver's license, telephone bill or cable bill.  
  • If you are living with a friend or relative due to economic hardship, you must bring a notarized statement signed by you and the owner/renter of the property indicating that it is your place of residence. This must include the student's name.
• ​Parent/Guardian ID
• A current copy of grades, discipline, and attendance
  • In accordance with NRS 392.4675, if your child is expelled or suspended from any public school the Parent and student must meet with the Principal prior to completing Registration. Please bring your student records for suspension or expulsion to this meeting. After such meeting it will be determined if your student is eligible for attendance.  
• A current copy of IEP or 504 if applicable
• A current copy of custody documents if applicable

Families have 5 business days from the date of acceptance to provide all documents. However, if pulled from the wait list, families have 24 hours to notify they will accept, then they must completed the submission of documents within the 5 days.

Offered applicants that fail accept their seat or to provide the correct documentation in the allotted time could forfeit their seat to the next available applicant and be placed on the waitlist.

All applications submitting during Open Enrollment are considered for a lottery if one is necessary. It doesn’t matter if you apply Day 1 of Open Enrollment or on the VERY last day of Open Enrollment, all applicants will be entered into the lottery.

After Open Enrollment, all applications are processed in order of submission. This is when it is important to apply as soon as possible.

Our intent is to keep families together. Siblings of currently enrolled students have priority.
